The year 2025 marks the start of the Borghi ritrovati project for Cartignano, an initiative for the cultural and social regeneration of the lower Valle Maira supported by the PNRR and carried out together with the municipalities of San Damiano Macra and Roccabruna. In the project's design, Cartignano is entrusted with the hub dedicated to ecology and the environment, while the Giovani Fuori Quota group begins to build activities aimed at the new generations of the valley.

It is during this phase that the idea of bringing urban culture and street art to a small alpine village takes shape, laying the foundations for the StreetArt event: graffiti, music, and meeting moments designed to give the youth of the Valle Maira a creative space of their own, in the Province of Cuneo.
