The street food parade
The Street Food Parade transforms the central Piazza Trento Trieste in the Municipality of Legnano (Province of Milan) into a large street food village for a weekend. Food trucks come from all over Italy, bringing a variety of flavors ranging from the North to the South of the peninsula, as well as international cuisine.
What to eat
- Piedmontese Fassona hamburgers
- Abruzzese arrosticini and Puglian bombette
- Panzerotti, Romagnolo piadine, fried gnocco, and Tuscan meat sandwiches

A link with tradition
Alongside the food trucks, there's a nod to local tradition: the San Martino Contrada, one of the eight contrade of the Palio, participates with its skewers, creating a bridge between contemporary street food and Legnano's identity. With live music, shows, relaxation areas, and children's spaces, the Street Food Parade is a convivial, free-entry festival, one of the most popular in Legnano's spring calendar.

From May 5th to 7th, 2026, Piazza Trento Trieste hosts the Street Food Parade, with food trucks from all over Italy. Featuring regional specialties, international cuisine, live music, and shows, Legnano becomes the street food capital for a weekend, with free entry.

About ten food trucks offering fassona hamburgers, Abruzzese arrosticini, Puglian bombette, panzerotti, Romagnolo piadine, fried gnocco, Tuscan meat sandwiches, Sicilian cannoli, and international cuisine (Mexican, Greek, Hungarian desserts). Cocktails and beer service. The San Martino Contrada participates with its traditional skewers.
