Edition 2025 — Predosa Strawberry Festival
The 2025 edition
In 2025, the Strawberry Festival of Predosa, in the Province of Alessandria, once again confirmed its winning formula: two weekends of celebration under the Pro Loco marquee, with food stands open every evening and a menu entirely dedicated to strawberries and the local De.Co. agnolotto.
The volunteers and chefs of the Pro Loco of Predosa handcrafted the agnolotti, the community's signature zero-kilometer product, and the famous strawberry risotto, paired with DOC wines from the Cantina Sociale di Mantovana. Each evening concluded with music and dancing, in the convivial atmosphere that has always characterized this event.
