Edition 2025 — Stories of Forlì

The second edition of Storie di Forlì took place in the summer of 2025 with five author evenings, all on Tuesdays at 8:45 PM, in as many spaces in the historic center. Led by journalist Pietro Caruso, the encounters featured books dedicated to the history of Forlì and Romagna, with free admission and no reservation required. A journey through historical trade, popular devotion, industrial memory, civic art, and Renaissance figures of the city.

Storie di Forlì 2025 — The Second Edition

Building on the success of its 2024 debut, the Storie di Forlì review returned in the summer of 2025 with five literary encounters in the historic center, promoted by the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Forlì and curated by the Libraries Unit, as part of the "Explore Forlì: between museums and narratives" program. All evenings, free and without reservation, were held on Tuesdays at 8:45 PM and were hosted by journalist Pietro Caruso.

  • July 1 — Churchyard of the Church of Carmine: Mario Proli presents "Storia del commercio in Romagna. Da Roma all'anno 2000" (History of Trade in Romagna. From Rome to the Year 2000).
  • July 15 — Orselli Gardens: Salvatore Ricca Rosellini with "La Madonna del Fuoco a Forlì, tra pestilenze, flagelli e devozione" (The Madonna of Fire in Forlì, between plagues, scourges, and devotion).
  • July 29 — Piazzette delle Operaie: Annalisa Battistini tells the story of "Calzaturificio Trento Fratelli Battistini" (Trento Fratelli Battistini Shoe Factory).
  • August 5 — Outdoor area of the San Domenico Museum (San Giacomo): Simona Palo with "Forlì ad opera d'arte" (Forlì as a Work of Art).
  • August 26 — Outdoor area of Campostrino: Marco Viroli with "Giovanni dalle Bande Nere" (Giovanni of the Black Bands), in the time of Caterina Sforza.
