Edition 2025 — Stelvio Trail Run

The 2025 edition of the Stilfserjoch Stelvio Trail Run took place on Saturday, July 19, 2025, attracting hundreds of runners between South Tyrol and Lombardy. The 21 km race with 2,100 m of elevation gain, from Prato allo Stelvio to the Dreisprachenspitze above the Stelvio Pass, coincided with the celebrations for the 200th anniversary of the historic Stelvio Pass road.

2025 Edition

The Stilfserjoch Stelvio Trail Run 2025 was held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, starting from Prato allo Stelvio in the Vinschgau Valley (South Tyrol). Over the usual 21 km and 2,100 m of elevation gain, athletes reached the Dreisprachenspitze (2,845 m), above the Stelvio Pass, within the Stelvio National Park.

This edition held special significance, coinciding with the bicentennial of the Stelvio Pass road, which opened in 1825: an anniversary that drew hundreds of participants from South Tyrol and Lombardy, both runners and hikers, to one of Europe's most famous alpine passes.
