Edition 2025 — Vipiteno Farmers' Market

In 2025, the Vipiteno Farmers' Market took place regularly every Friday morning, from April to late October, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in Piazza Città. As per tradition, Wipptal producers offered speck, cheeses, homemade bread, smoked trout, honey, organic wines, and Krapfen and Tirtler pastries.

In 2025, the Sterzinger Bauernmarkt once again accompanied the warmer season in Vipiteno with its weekly Friday morning event, from April to late October, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in Piazza Città. Stalls from the Upper Isarco Valley offered a rich assortment of authentic zero-kilometer products: speck and smoked meats, alpine cheeses, homemade bread, trout, honey, seasonal vegetables, organic wines, and the essential Krapfen and Tirtler specialties. It was an edition marked by continuity, highly popular with both residents and tourists in the historic village center.
