Edition 2025 — Stella Maris Feast

On August 14th and 15th, 2025, Marina di Lesina embraced its patron saint, Maria Santissima Stella Maris, with two days of faith and celebration. The most intense moment was the procession of the statue along the beach and on the sea, followed by the procession through the village accompanied by a brass band, solemn Masses, folklore shows, popular music, and fireworks on the Gargano coast, in an atmosphere of devotion and Ferragosto joy.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Stella Maris Patronal Feast took place on August 14th and 15th in Marina di Lesina (FG), Apulia. The community gathered to honor the Madonna del Mare, protector of fishermen and sailors, during a Ferragosto of great religious and popular appeal.

The heart of the celebrations was the procession of the statue along the beach and on the water, with the procession reaching the coastline accompanied by prayers and liturgical chants. There was no shortage of solemn Masses, brass band concerts with sacred and popular music, folklore shows with traditional dances, illuminations decorating the streets and squares, and the customary fireworks display over the sea. The organization was handled by the Stella Maris Patronal Feast Committee together with the Pro Loco Lesina Marina APS.
