Edition 2025 — Steak and Porcini Mushroom Festival

In 2025, the Steak and Porcini Mushroom Festival once again enlivened the spring evenings at the CRC in Pozzolatico, Impruneta, from Thursday, March 12 to Saturday, March 14. The club's kitchen opened in the evening, offering the house specialty—charcoal-grilled steak with porcini mushrooms—as part of a full menu featuring traditional Tuscan appetizers, pasta dishes, and desserts.

The 2025 edition of the Steak and Porcini Mushroom Festival was held from March 12 to 14 at the Recreational Cultural Circle of Pozzolatico, a village in Impruneta (FI). Over three evenings, with the kitchen opening for dinner, the club served charcoal-grilled steak accompanied by porcini mushrooms, following traditional recipes that focus on the simplicity and quality of the ingredients. The festival confirmed itself as a highly anticipated event in the Florentine hills, dedicated to conviviality and the genuine flavors of Tuscan cuisine.
