Steak and Porcini Mushroom Festival (Summer Edition)

The 2025 summer edition of the Steak and Porcini Mushroom Festival was held over several weekends between late June and early July at the Circolo Ricreativo Culturale of Pozzolatico, a village in Impruneta (FI). The evenings, with food stalls opening at night, featured grilled steak accompanied by porcini mushrooms, following traditional recipes that focus on simplicity and quality ingredients, as well as appetizers, pasta dishes, and desserts. The setting was complemented by live music and the convivial village-fair atmosphere typical of the Florentine hills, dedicated to the genuine flavors of Tuscan cuisine.
