Edition 2025 — Staffetta dei Quartieri

The 58th Staffetta dei Quartieri was held in June 2025 in Piazza del Duomo in Orvieto, with the usual challenge between the four historic Quarters — Corsica, Olmo, Stella, and Serancia — preceded by the youth heats. An evening of sport and civic identity followed by hundreds of Orvietani in the piazza and via live streaming.

The 2025 edition of the Staffetta dei Quartieri confirmed the strength of one of Orvieto's most beloved sporting traditions. In Piazza del Duomo, in the heart of the Municipality of Orvieto (Province of Terni), the four historic Quarters competed in the relay race along the circuit of the historic centre, preceded by the races for the younger participants. A big screen and live streaming allowed the entire city to experience an evening that renews Orvieto's neighbourhood pride each year, anticipating the major city festivals.
