Edition 2025 — Stacchioddi Festival

The 47th edition of the Stacchioddi Festival took place on Sunday, October 5, 2025, in Piazza Umberto I in Latiano, coinciding with the October Fera. From 12:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 22:00, the square hosted lunch and dinner featuring handmade orecchiette with ragù and brascioli, the meat rolls, accompanied by local wine. Folk music, markets, and craft stands completed a day of celebration, focused on tradition and the plastic-free formula.

Stacchioddi Festival 2025: the 47th edition

The 47th edition of the Stacchioddi Festival was held on Sunday, October 5, 2025, in Piazza Umberto I in Latiano (BR), organized by the local Pro Loco in conjunction with the historic Fera.

As per tradition, the event was divided into two sessions: lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 22:00. The stars were the stacchioddi, handmade orecchiette with ragù, served alongside brascioli and local wine. The square, dominated by Palazzo Imperiali, came alive with folk music, markets, and stands of local products, confirming the focus on the environment with the use of eco-friendly tableware. A well-attended edition that reaffirmed the role of the festival as an identity-defining celebration for the Latiano community and Salento.
