The 2025 Patronal Feasts in Treglio
The 2025 edition of the SS. Maria Assunta and San Rocco Patronal Feasts was held in Treglio (Chieti) on Friday, August 15th, and Saturday, August 16th. Ferragosto was dedicated to the Madonna SS. Assunta, the town's patron saint, while August 16th featured festivities in honor of San Rocco. The celebrations, including masses and processions through the streets of the historic center, were concentrated in Piazza San Giorgio.
The feast, organized by the Pro Loco Treglio with local associations, confirmed its role as the most heartfelt event of the summer in Treglio, capable of bringing together residents, returning emigrants, and visitors in the picturesque frescoed village of the Costa dei Trabocchi.
