Edition 2025 — Squinzano in Bici

On May 1st, 2025, the customary Squinzano in Bici event returned, the non-competitive cycling tour of the Salento town. Meeting at 8:30 AM in Piazza Plebiscito and departure along the city streets to rediscover the territory in the spirit of sustainable mobility. Event open to citizens, children, officials, and entire families, with symbolic prizes and a final raffle.

Squinzano in Bici 2025

The 2025 edition of Squinzano in Bici took place on Thursday, May 1st, on the occasion of Labor Day. The meeting was set for 8:30 AM in Piazza Plebiscito, from where the group set off along the streets of Squinzano for a collective ride dedicated to rediscovering the area and sustainable mobility.

The event, organized by the Centro Radio C.B. Squinzano and the Civil Protection Volunteers with the patronage of the Municipality and the collaboration of ASD Apulia Salentina and ASD Bikers Squinzano, involved citizens, children, officials, and families. At the end of the ride, symbolic prizes were awarded to the oldest cyclist, the youngest, and the largest group, followed by a final raffle. In case of bad weather, a postponement to Sunday, May 4th, was planned.

  • 8:30 AM — Participants meet at Piazza Plebiscito
  • Departure of the cycling tour along the streets of Squinzano
