Edition 2025 — Zootechnical Review Châtillon

In the spring of 2025, AREV also organized the Mont-Cervin Unit zootechnical review in Châtillon, dedicated to the Aosta Valley cattle breed. Breeders from the district presented their best animals in a show that celebrates mountain zootechnics and one of the most deeply rooted agricultural traditions of the Aosta Valley.

In the spring of 2025, Châtillon hosted the zootechnical review of the Mont-Cervin Unit, organized by AREV - Association Régionale Éleveurs Valdôtains. The show brought together breeders from the lower valley and Valtournenche areas, who presented the best specimens of the Aosta Valley cattle breed to the public.

As every year, the review was both a technical event and a celebration of the farming community, heralding the summer pasture season and celebrating the connection between the Aosta Valley breed, the territory, and the economy of the alpine valleys.
