Spring Arrives in Montegrotto
The "Spring on the Corso" market-show opens the season of major markets in Montegrotto Terme, a spa town in the Euganean Hills in the province of Padova. On a Sunday in March, Corso delle Terme and Piazza Mercato become a large open-air showcase dedicated to the most colorful season of the year.
Around 150 Exhibitors
Along the main street, about 150 exhibitors display stalls of artistic crafts, typical food products, and objects, in a route that crosses the entire center. The offerings combine the creations of artisans with the flavors of the territory, in a lively and familiar atmosphere.
Vintage Cars and the Pianist Out of Place
Among the most anticipated events, a selection of vintage cars brings the timeless charm of historic vehicles to the city center. In the afternoon, around 3:30 PM at the entrance of Corso delle Terme towards Piazza Mercato, Paolo Zanarella, the famous "pianist out of place," performs, bringing live music to unexpected places.
A Celebration for Everyone
Organized by Thunder Events in collaboration with the Municipality of Montegrotto Terme, "Spring on the Corso" offers free admission and is part of the project to enhance the historic city center, surrounded by the greenery of the Euganean Hills.
Spring on the Corso — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of "Spring on the Corso" takes place on Sunday, March 29, from 9:00 AM until sunset, along Corso delle Terme and Piazza Mercato in Montegrotto Terme.
Around 150 exhibitors are expected with stalls of artistic crafts, typical food products, and vintage objects. The day is completed by a selection of vintage cars and, in the afternoon, a performance by the pianist out of place Paolo Zanarella. Free admission, organized by Thunder Events with the Municipality of Montegrotto Terme.
