Spring on Books

The 2025 edition of Primavera sui Libri, promoted by the Progetto Comune association, enlivened Monte San Pietrangeli from April 4th to May 30th with a literary journey of author meetings, conferences, and readings at the Cine-Teatro Sala Europa, with free admission and a convivial buffet at the end.

Among the guests: Adolfo Leoni (April 4th, Ritratti di donne), Massimo Temperini on the Dante Alighieri Society (April 11th), Paolo Orsili and Luca Viozzi with the conference Ispirare l'apprendimento (May 9th), Luigi Finucci (May 16th), and Barbara Antonietta Fabiani with Racconti di campagna (May 23rd).

The final evening on May 30th awarded the winners of the Versi e Colori di Terra competition: for poetry, Celeste Gentili, Serena Buquicchio, and Giammario Tosi; for painting, Mario Laureati, Vermiglia Concetti, and Manuela Bisconti, with a special prize for the young painter Diego De Angelis. The works were then exhibited at the San Giovanni Cultural Centre.
