Edition 2025 — Spring in Squaneto

In 2025, the hamlet of Squaneto in Spigno Monferrato (AL) once again hosted its spring festival organized by the Pro Loco. A day designed to bring the Alta Valle Bormida community together through nature walks, social moments, and the traditional 'merenda sinoira', in the welcoming spirit that has always characterized this small village in the Monferrato region.

The 2025 edition of Spring in Squaneto confirmed the vocation of this village festival to unite the community of the hamlet and the entire municipality of Spigno Monferrato, in the province of Alessandria. As per tradition, the day intertwined the discovery of the Alta Valle Bormida territory — its paths, hills, and wild herbs — with convivial moments hosted by the Pro Loco, culminating in the unmissable 'merenda sinoira' in the square. A simple and authentic event that highlights one of the most evocative villages of the Monferrato area.
