Edition 2025 — Spring Festival with Prugnolo

In 2025, the Spring Festival (Borgo in Fiore) took place in Borgo Val di Taro along Viale Bottego. The flower and natural products market opened at 9 am, followed by outdoor lunches at noon and, on Saturday evening, a dinner with music and mixed fried dishes. There was also space for practical courses on fruit tree cultivation and organic gardening, within the framework of the mushroom and gastronomic tradition of the Taro Valley.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Spring Festival was held in Borgo Val di Taro along Viale Bottego, organized by the Pro Loco. Saturday began at 9 am with the flower and natural products market, continuing with an outdoor lunch at noon, an afternoon course on fruit tree cultivation, and in the evening, a dinner with music and mixed fried dishes. On Sunday, the market reopened in the morning, accompanied by an organic gardening course, with an outdoor lunch at noon and closing in the late afternoon.

In 2025, the event once again confirmed the link between Borgotaro and the seasonal flavors of Alta Val Taro, first and foremost the prugnolo, a spring mushroom typical of the Parma Apennines.
