Edition 2025 — Cappelletto Festival
The 2025 edition of the Spring Festival of the Cappelletto, the seventh in the series, was held at the Fruges Neighborhood Center, via IV Novembre in Massa Lombarda (Province of Ravenna). As tradition dictates, the neighborhood 'azdore' hand-rolled the dough to prepare the cappelletti and tortellini, the heart of the gastronomic offering.
The festival confirmed its tried-and-tested formula: a food stand with the great classics of Romagnola cuisine, takeout service, and a village festival atmosphere that draws locals and visitors from Bassa Romagna every year.
