Spring Festival of Poggio Renatico

The 2025 Spring Festival of Poggio Renatico offered, in the covered and air-conditioned venue of Parco 1° Maggio, two weekends of typical Emilian cuisine and entertainment. In the kitchen, the great Ferrara classics — tortellini, cappellacci, lasagna, spring trio, asparagus risotto, and salama da sugo — were joined by mixed grills and fried mixed fish. On the musical front, the edition featured DJ sets on the evenings of April 24th and 26th and May 2nd, the concert by Alberto Bertoli on May 1st, and an evening with a dance orchestra on May 3rd, confirming the formula that combines good food and community celebration in the heart of Emilia-Romagna.
