Spring Festival in Valsanzibio

The 2025 edition of the Spring Festival in Valsanzibio (Galzignano Terme, Padova) was spread over several days between late April and early May. The food stand offered traditional Euganean specialities — musso (donkey meat), cod, tripe, and mixed grills — alongside events dedicated to the flavours and wild herbs of the Euganean Hills.

Among the programme's events were the Ecological Cycling event for families (about 15 km starting from the Parish Centre), the antique market, the motorcycle gathering, a charity raffle to support parish works, and on the final days, circus shows, dance performances, cabaret, and the concluding fireworks display. A festival organised in the Euganean Hills in the village of Valsanzibio.
