Edition 2025 — Polenta Bastarda Festival
The 2025 edition of the Spring Fair and the 6th Polenta Bastarda Festival in Caraglio, originally planned for Sunday, June 8, was postponed to Sunday, June 22, 2025, due to adverse weather conditions.
Even in this edition, the famous polenta prepared with five different grains returned as the protagonist in the Pellerin area, served with typical Valle Grana sauces, while Via Roma hosted the craft and local produce market, along with traditional Occitan dances. The event was organized by the Pro Loco Insieme per Caraglio in collaboration with the Municipality of Caraglio.
