Edition 2025 — Mattie Bean Festival

The 2025 spring edition of the Mattie Bean Festival was held on Sunday, April 6, in conjunction with the Spring Fair. The village center featured stalls of local products, nurseries, and a free seed and seedling swap, with the Mattie bean at the heart of the rural celebration.

The Bean Festival in Mattie, in the Susa Valley, held its double event in 2025: in spring on April 6 and in autumn on September 14. The spring edition, combined with the Spring Fair, brought stalls of local products, alpine cheeses, artisanal cured meats, jams, and local wines to the town center, with the Mattie bean as the star. There was no shortage of nurseries, free seed and seedling swaps, and initiatives organized by the Pro Loco, blending flavor, nature, and the traditions of the Susa Valley.
