Spormaggiore Carnival

The 2025 Spormaggiore Carnival renewed a much-loved tradition on the Paganella Plateau, in Val di Non. The festival was held in Piazza Fiera, in the town center, organized by the Carnival Committee and the historic Zusi group.

The program followed the well-tested structure: at noon, the Zusi served their famous macaroni; in the afternoon, the children's costume parade took place, followed by the town's masked groups; mid-afternoon, polenta with luganega sausages was distributed. For the children, there was no shortage of music, comedy shows, soap bubbles, balloons, and popcorn. The Pro Loco, Alpine Group, Fire Brigade, Parish, and AVIS collaborated on the success of the day, confirming the strong community spirit of the municipality of Spormaggiore, in Trentino-Alto Adige.
