Edition 2025 — Spigno Tripe Festival

In 2025, the Pro Loco of Spigno Monferrato once again hosted its traditional evening dedicated to the Spigno Tripe Festival, confirming it as a well-established event in the village's culinary calendar. As is customary, the dinner took place at the Teatro Comunale, featuring tripe prepared according to the local recipe and a night of conviviality among the village residents and visitors from the valleys of the Monferrato area of Alessandria.

The Spigno Tripe Festival is an event that the Pro Loco of Spigno Monferrato regularly hosts, and the 2025 edition once again gathered the community around the table to celebrate one of the most representative dishes of traditional Monferrato cuisine.

Following the tradition of previous editions, the evening took place at the village's Teatro Comunale, with tripe prepared according to local customs and the inevitable atmosphere of celebration and cheer that characterizes Pro Loco events. A convivial moment capable of uniting taste, tradition, and community spirit in the small village of the Bormida Valley, in the province of Alessandria.
