Spiedo Gigante di Pieve di Soligo

The 2025 edition of the Spiedo Gigante di Pieve di Soligo, the sixty-eighth, was held from September 26 to October 12 in Piazza Caduti nei Lager. Over three weekends, the nearly 200 volunteers of the Pro Loco prepared the 'spiedo allo spiedo' (spit-roasted meat) according to the great tradition of Treviso, with an evening food stall from 7:00 PM and lunches on festive days. This festival annually reaffirms Pieve di Soligo's status as the 'City of Spiedo' since 1956, attracting gourmets from all over the Veneto. It was in 2025 that the announcement of the 'Sagra di Qualità' UNPLI recognition was made, valid from the 2026 edition.
