Edition 2025 — Snail Festival

In 2025, the Snail Festival confirmed its summer appointment at Parco dei Mille in Spicchio, a village in Vinci (FI). During that edition, organized by the Casa del Popolo di Spicchio, stewed snails and Tuscan grilled meats were the stars, accompanied by Dianella Chianti wine, dance evenings with live orchestras, and entertainment for all ages. A popular, free-admission festival that attracts numerous visitors from the Lower Valdarno every year.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Snail Festival took place as tradition dictates between late June and early July at Parco dei Mille in Spicchio, a village in the municipality of Vinci, in the province of Florence. Organized by the volunteers of the Casa del Popolo di Spicchio APS, it offered for over two weeks a food stand featuring snails cooked according to ancient local recipes, grilled meats, pasta with meat sauce, and Dianella Chianti. The evenings were enlivened by orchestras, ballroom dancing, and live music, in an atmosphere of popular celebration and strong community spirit. Admission, as every year, was free.
