Edition 2025 — Sparkling Night

Sparkling Night 2025 took place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 7:00 PM at the Cantina Merano in Marlengo/Marling. Under the motto "Come, let us drink the stars," guests celebrated the variety of South Tyrolean sparkling wines with an exclusive tasting of traditional method bubbles from the Association of South Tyrolean Sparkling Wine Producers and the WeinKultur Marling wineries.

The 2025 edition of Sparkling Night was held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, starting at 7:00 PM at the panoramic headquarters of Cantina Merano in Marlengo/Marling. Conceived as a more intimate version of the renowned Sparkling Festival, the evening brought enthusiasts together under the motto "Come, let us drink the stars."

Guests enjoyed an exclusive selection of traditional method sparkling wines signed by the Vereinigung Südtiroler Sekterzeuger and creations from the wineries of the "sparkling wine village" of Marlengo, in an elegant atmosphere of bubbles, taste, and conviviality in the heart of the Merano wine culture.
