The 37th Festa della Sparasina took place from April 25 to May 1, 2025, in Pigozzo, in the territory of Verona. The food stalls in the square offered typical dishes based on sparasina, the wild asparagus of the area, along with wild herbs from the peasant tradition. The event, organized by the Associazione La Sparasina, enlivened the village with walks in the woods, shows, and musical evenings, confirming the community's bond with this identity-defining product.
