Spaccatella Festival

The 2025 Spaccatella Festival was held on Saturday, June 21 at the Public Gardens of Latiano, in Piazza Cosimo Rubino, with stands opening at 7:00 PM. At the heart of the festival, as per tradition, was the Salento spaccatella seasoned with tomato, oil, and oregano, along with other typical dishes from the Brindisi area.

The evening, organized by APS La Terra, combined gastronomy and folklore with folk music and dancing in the greenery of the city gardens. Admission was free, and the event, suitable for all ages, confirmed the festival as one of the most appreciated summer events in Latiano.
