Sovra Naturale 2025: the fair arrives in Bari

With its third edition, from October 25 to 27, 2025, Sovra Naturale moved from the Castle of Sannicandro to the heart of Bari, spread across Spazio Murat, Piazza del Ferrarese, and the former Fish Market. The highlight was the Wine Salon, featuring over 50 Italian and European producers and open tastings at the stands.

The event opened on Saturday, October 25, with an inaugural party at Spazio Murat featuring wine, DJ sets, and a food area, while the former Fish Market hosted exhibitions, talks, and a documentary screening. On Sunday and Monday, the salon remained open from morning until evening, accompanied by book presentations, gourmet brunches, and meetings on sustainability. The edition was supported by the patronage of the City of Bari and the University of Bari Aldo Moro, with the contribution of the Regional Council of Puglia.

Saturday, October 25

• Spazio Murat (6:00 PM - 1:00 AM): Inaugural party with wine, DJ sets, and food area, ticket €30 (wine included)
• Former Fish Market: Market & talk area, documentary screening, and meeting with photography exhibition

Sunday, October 26

• Spazio Murat (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM): Wine Salon with over 50 Italian and European producers, ticket €25
• Former Fish Market: Talks, gourmet brunch by reservation, book presentation of "Dalla parte della natura" by Francesco Sottile, exhibitions, and screenings

Monday, October 27
