Edition 2025 — Sovere Cod Festival

In 2025, the Cod Festival took place on Friday, August 29 and Saturday, August 30 at Parco Senatore Silvestri in Sovere, organized by the Pro Loco. On the menu were Vicentina-style cod with polenta, stewed, and salad, with a tasting trio; Friday featured ballroom dancing with an accordion, and Saturday a concert by Rock'n Rosa.

The 2025 edition of the Cod Festival enlivened Parco Senatore Silvestri in Sovere (BG) on August 29 and 30. The Pro Loco offered the cod menu - Vicentina-style with polenta, stewed with tomato and olives, and salad - with a tasting trio and dishes like seafood pasta, casoncelli, fried calamari, and tagliata.

The evenings were accompanied by music: Friday featured ballroom dancing with an accordion, and Saturday a concert by Rock'n Rosa. The festival confirmed its appeal as an end-of-summer event for the community and visitors to Lake Iseo.
