Edition 2025 — Sorano Tortello Festival
The 2025 edition of the Sorano Tortello Festival took place in Sorano on Friday, May 30, Saturday, May 31, and Sunday, June 1 and Monday, June 2. In Piazza Busatti, food stalls offered Sorano tortello and Maremma specialties, accompanied by dance evenings, musical performances, and the usual artisan market.
The 2025 Sorano Tortello Festival animated Sorano on May 30 and 31 and June 1 and 2. As per tradition, the food stalls in Piazza Busatti offered Maremma tortello filled with ricotta and spinach, along with a menu of local specialties. Throughout the event, dance evenings and musical performances took place, while the artisan market was set up in the square. An edition that confirmed the deep bond of the Sorano community with its signature dish.
