Sora Christmas City

In December 2024, the Municipality of Sora once again hosted Sora Christmas City, the major Christmas event that transforms the center of this town in the province of Frosinone into a festive village. The inauguration, featuring the lighting of the illuminations and the grand parade, was moved to Saturday, December 7, 2024, due to bad weather forecasted for Sunday.

For an entire month, the program offered Christmas markets, nativity scenes, exhibitions, street performers, concerts, children's shows, and food and wine offerings, alongside the event's iconic attractions: the Ferris wheel and the ice skating rink. The festivities concluded on Monday, January 6, 2025, with the evocative and scenic Magi procession through the streets of the center, a traditional appointment of the Sora Epiphany. The edition confirmed Sora's role as the Christmas capital of Ciociaria and Southern Lazio.
