Sommerfest of the Volunteer Fire Department of Oberolang

The Sommerfest der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr Oberolang 2025 took place in Valdaora di Sopra/Oberolang around August 15th, the day of the Assumption of Mary, following the tradition of the village's Volunteer Fire Department.

In 2025 as well, the festival offered live music from Puster Valley brass bands, a rich gastronomic service with typical South Tyrolean dishes, fresh beer, and local wines, all in a familiar and convivial atmosphere under the festival marquee. An event that, as every year, united the Valdaora community in supporting the volunteer fire brigade and celebrating the mountain summer at the foot of Plan de Corones in the heart of the Puster Valley.
