Edition 2025 — Somma d'Aj

The first edition of Somma d'Aj took place on Sunday, July 6, 2025, in Sommariva del Bosco, in the Roero. The food and wine walking tour, approximately 4 kilometers long, featured five tasting stops of local delicacies, combining the discovery of the area with the pleasure of good food. The event, organized by the Pro Loco, inaugurated a festival that was immediately appreciated by the public.

The inaugural edition of 2025

The first edition of Somma d'Aj was held on Sunday, July 6, 2025, in Sommariva del Bosco (CN), in Piedmont. The food and wine walking tour, about 4 kilometers long, crossed the Roero countryside, combining nature, history, and culinary traditions of the area.

The route included five gastronomic stations: hand-cut beef tartare, a trio of appetizers, pasta salad, a trio of cheeses with honey, and tart. Organized by the Pro Loco of Sommariva del Bosco, the initiative was a great success, laying the foundations for future editions.
