Edition 2025 — Saint Flaviano Festival
2025 Edition
The Solemn Celebrations in Honor of Saint Flaviano in 2025 were held from November 21st to 29th in the historic center of Giulianova, in the province of Teramo. The program combined religious celebrations and cultural events around November 24th, the patron saint's day.
On Friday, November 21st, the celebrations opened in the Cathedral with vespers and a sacred concert featuring soprano Carla Laudi. On Sunday, November 23rd, the main day, the Saint Flaviano Fair took place (from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Corso Garibaldi and Piazza della Libertà), followed by the blessing of the new processional statue and the solemn procession, the exposition of relics, and festivities in Piazza Buozzi with music and entertainment for children.
On Monday, November 24th, the liturgical day of the saint, Eucharistic adoration and a solemn concelebration were held. Completing the calendar was the exhibition Light and Faith: Saint Flaviano and the Madonna dello Splendore and the historical-artistic conference on Saturday, November 29th, at the Cathedral.
