Solemn Celebrations in Honor of Saint Ferdinand the King

The 2025 edition of the Solemn Celebrations in Honor of Saint Ferdinand the King was held in San Ferdinando di Puglia (BT) from August 22nd to 24th, officially kicking off on Friday the 22nd following a period of reflection that began on Monday the 18th.

The three days intertwined the spiritual and festive dimensions: Eucharistic celebrations and the triduum in the Mother Church, the solemn procession of the Sacred Effigy of the patron saint through the city streets accompanied by the band, illuminations, and musical events in Piazza della Costituzione. On Sunday evening, as is tradition, the customary and evocative fireworks display closed the festivities, bringing the entire community together in devotion to the saintly king.
