Solarino Carnival

The 2025 Solarino Carnival confirmed the vitality of one of the most cherished popular festivals in Solarino, in the province of Syracuse. As every year, the parades of allegorical floats and costumed groups traveled through the town streets, starting from the school area and enlivening Piazza del Plebiscito with dancing, music, and confetti.

The program, curated by the Municipality of Solarino and the Pro Loco, included the usual events dedicated to families and children: parades by the students of the "Elio Vittorini" Comprehensive Institute, shows and entertainment in the square, food and wine moments featuring traditional Sicilian flavors, and evening entertainment. A festival that, year after year, confirms the strong bond between the Solarino community and its Carnival.
