Edition 2025 — SlowPo

In 2025, SlowPo enlivened Tenuta Corte Vittoria in Travacò Siccomario with its Slow Food formula: mill workshop, polenta lunch, children's games, cycling tour through farmhouses, and a conference on Siccomario waters, in the Ticino Park on the outskirts of Pavia.

The 2025 edition of SlowPo took place at Tenuta Corte Vittoria in Travacò Siccomario, a Cittaslow municipality in the province of Pavia nestled within the Ticino Park. The day, organized by the Slow Food community of the Siccomario, combined gastronomy, environment, and conviviality.

Featuring a mill workshop, polenta lunch, wooden games for the little ones, a cycling tour through the farmhouses, and a conference dedicated to the land and water routes, SlowPo reaffirmed its mission to tell the story of the connection between the Siccomario territory, its rivers, and a slow, conscious food culture.
