Edition 2025 — Tour of Italy at the Table!
In 2025, the Slow Food Valdinievole Convivium launched the first edition of the "Tour of Italy at the Table!" format for Slow Food Day. The convivial dinner, hosted in Monsummano Terme, inaugurated a gastronomic journey through Italian regional cuisines, upholding the values of good, clean, and fair food.
