2025 Maccheroni Festival
On Monday, August 18, 2025, starting at 8:00 PM, Piazza Sandro Pertini in Sinagra hosted the Maccheroni Festival, organized by the local Civil Protection group. The stars of the show were the handmade maccheroni served with Nebrodi black pork sauce, one of the area's gastronomic treasures.
The festival was part of the Sinagra Summer program and was paired with CorriSinagra, the town's running race, in a combination of flavor and sport that enlivened the Nebrodi village in the heart of August.

Monday, August 18, 2025
- 8:00 PM — Opening of the Maccheroni Festival in Piazza Sandro Pertini: tasting of handmade maccheroni with Nebrodi black pork sauce, organized by the local Civil Protection group.
During the event, the CorriSinagra running race also took place within the municipal territory.
