Siena Journalism Festival

The fourth edition of the Siena Journalism Festival took place from June 5 to 7, 2025, organized for the fourth consecutive year by the Gruppo Stampa Autonomo Siena in collaboration with the Magistrato delle Contrade. The review proposed an itinerant and interactive formula, with five panels hosted in the various Contrada Museums of Siena.

The opening panel, "From radio to podcast: how language changes", was held on Thursday, June 5, at the museum headquarters of the Contrada di Valdimontone. Subsequent sessions addressed the so-called gag law and photojournalism, with guests such as Serena Bortone, Carlo Bartoli (president of the National Order), and Giampaolo Marchini. A novelty that year was the first edition of the Festival Award, presented in the Sala degli Specchi of the Accademia dei Rozzi to Gianni Riotta and Giovanna Botteri. Access to the panels was free while seats lasted.
