Edition 2025 — Sieci Truffle Festival

In 2025, the S.M.S. Croce Azzurra of Sieci once again hosted the Truffle Specialty Festival, a well-established spring appointment in the Valdisieve gastronomic calendar. As per tradition, the event took place over several days with dinners and lunches, featuring a truffle-focused menu and charitable goals to support social services in the Pontassieve area.

The 2025 edition of the Truffle Specialty Festival took place at the S.M.S. Croce Azzurra headquarters in Sieci, a village of Pontassieve, in the province of Florence.

On this occasion, too, the truffle was the absolute star of the table, with truffle-infused first courses, tartare, and grilled meats, in the convivial atmosphere typical of Tuscan village festivals. The charitable nature of the event was confirmed, as it has always been linked to supporting volunteering and social services in the Valdisieve area.
