Sicilian Fresh Pasta Festival

The 9th edition of the Sicilian Fresh Pasta Festival brought the historic center of Alcamo (Trapani) to life on July 19 and 20, 2025, with its epicenter at Piazza Ciullo and Piazza Mercato. The free evening events began in the evening and continued until late at night.

The stars were the tasting stalls featuring the great classics of Sicilian fresh pasta — maccarruna alcamesi, busiate trapanesi, casarecce, tagliatelle, and couscous — alongside stalls showcasing local products. The program alternated between cooking shows, performances, and live music. The event, organized by the Municipality of Alcamo in collaboration with the STS association of Castellammare del Golfo, saw a high turnout of visitors and the public.
