Edition 2025 — Sicilia Street Food

The 2025 edition of the Sicilia Street Food Fest took place in Lercara Friddi on August 30-31, closing the town's rich summer program. For two evenings, the historic center hosted Sicilian street food stalls, combining tastings of traditional specialties with moments of social interaction and entertainment, including music and local crafts.

The Sicilia Street Food Fest 2025 brought Lercara Friddi to life over the weekend of August 30 and 31, concluding the town's summer program, which had already featured concerts by national artists in Piazza Duomo, theatrical performances, and the solemn procession of Maria Santissima di Costantinopoli earlier in the month.

The event, dedicated to Sicilian street food and local craftsmanship, filled the town squares with traditional food stalls: panelle, spleen and croquettes, arancine, sfincione, tripe, fried fish, cannoli, and cassatelle. The tastings were accompanied by music and entertainment in a festive atmosphere appreciated by both residents and visitors to the Palermo hinterland.
