Sgamberalata 2025 — the 9th edition

The ninth edition of the Sgamberalata was held on Thursday, August 14, 2025, in Gamberale, in the heart of the mountains of the province of Chieti. The 7.2 km competitive race, with the meeting point at the Gamberale Lake, saw the participation of numerous registered runners from the Corrilabruzzo UISP circuit, drawn by the festive atmosphere of the eve of Ferragosto.

As per tradition, the competitive race was accompanied by a non-competitive walk open to families and enthusiasts, which allowed everyone to experience the event immersed in the coolness of the woods surrounding the village. The 2025 edition confirmed the success of an event capable of combining sport, nature, and local tradition at the foot of Monte Sant'Antonio.
