The 7th edition of the Sfincione Festival took place from February 21 to 23, 2025, at the Sanlorenzo Mercato in Palermo, featuring a challenge between the city and province's best bakers, an expert jury, popular voting, and three nights of live music.

Sfincione Festival 2025 — 7th Edition

The seventh edition of the Sfincione Festival was held from Friday, February 21 to Sunday, February 23, 2025, at the Sanlorenzo Mercato in Palermo. Competing bakers from Palermo and the province included Panificio Spera from Camporeale, Qcinu from Palermo, Bakery Elite from Casteldaccia, Panificio Massaro from Monreale, and Antica Forneria Scaduto from Bagheria, with a special guest appearance by the previous year's winner.

The award ceremony took place on Sunday at 5:00 PM in the wine bar's event space, based on votes from the public and an expert jury. Each evening was enlivened by live music with tribute bands, confirming the formula that combines taste, culture, and entertainment around the king of Palermitan street food.
