The Carnival of the Valle del Misa village

Every winter, the historic centre of Serra de' Conti, a small village in the Valle del Misa in the province of Ancona, transforms into an explosion of colours, music, and fun. The Carnival is the result of the shared work of several local entities: the Municipal Administration, the Oratory of the Parish of Santa Maria de Abbatissis, the Pro Loco, the Centenaria Società Concertistica, the Centro Sociale L'Incontro, and the organizers of the musical evenings. It is this network of associations that makes the festival a cherished and rooted event, where the sense of community matters as much as the celebration itself.
