Edition 2025 — Serate Medievali

In the summer of 2025, the village of Itieli, a hamlet of Narni, once again relived its past with the Serate Medievali. Within the castle walls, historical reenactments, fire-eater shows, medieval music, and taverns with typical products unfolded, in a carefully crafted atmosphere that each year draws visitors from the nearby villages of southern Umbria.

The 2025 edition of the Serate Medievali animated the village of Itieli (Narni, Terni) with the usual formula: historical reenactments, fire-eaters, medieval music, drummers, and armed guards within the castle walls, and taverns where typical products were tasted, especially the schiacciata baked in the ancient wood-fired ovens reignited for the occasion. As tradition dictates, at the entrance, euros were exchanged for specially minted coins, to be spent along the festival route.

Programme

Historical reenactment in the village of Itieli with costumed figures, fire-eaters, medieval music, and drummers; taverns with schiacciata and typical products. Exchange of euros for period coins at the entrance.
